Head of Technical Services (Full-time – 35 hrs/week)

The Head of Technical Services performs a wide variety of duties, such as acquisition, cataloging, updating and maintaining catalog records, and processing library materials. Responds to and resolves cataloging and technical services problems. Preferred applicants are friendly, helpful, approachable, flexible, and patient, with strong attention to detail. Applicants must be tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot a variety of technical issues with computers, handheld devices, digital services, and general office equipment.

Head of Youth Services (Full-time – 35 hrs/week)

The Head of Technical Youth Services performs a wide variety of duties, such as coordinating all activities related to the library’s young adults and children’s services collection, programs, and services. Oversees the planning, coordinating, and presentation of library programs and activities for young people, such as story hours and summer reading club, and evaluates programs for effectiveness and success. Coordinates displays and decoration of young adult and children’s service areas. Compiles and maintains necessary statistics. Preferred applicants are friendly, helpful, approachable, flexible, and patient, with strong attention to detail.
