Mobile Hotspots 

Need the internet at home? Call the Library to reserve a WiFi Hotspot and have 4G internet anytime, anywhere for FREE!

A Wi-Fi hotspot is a device you can use to connect a mobile-enabled device, such as a laptop, smartphone, or tablet to the Internet. The hotspot is portable, so you can connect your device almost anywhere.

Book Bike

Be on the lookout this summer for our brand new book bike! You can find us, weather permitting, at all sorts of events. You may even spot us exploring your neighborhood on one of our community rides. Funding for the library’s book bike was provided in whole by a grant from Legacy Foundation.

Whiting Public Library’s services happen both in our building and extend beyond our physical location. We are committed to providing all community members access to our staff, resources, and services.

Use the form below to request a Book Bike visit to your community event or business.

Please note the following submission/request guidelines:

• Submit your request at least four weeks prior to the date of the event.

• Submission of this form does not guarantee that the library will be available at your event.

• The Whiting Public Library will not pay fees to attend a community event.

You will receive an email confirmation of your submission. Once received, library staff will contact you within a week.
